Sanna's (Former) Everquest Recipe Mod Index Page

November 2007: It is time to retire this section of SannaSK.com, for a handful of reasons. Primarily, I no longer play Everquest, nor indeed any MMO at all. I found, the hard way, that MMOs are my version of alcoholism. I am not an alcoholic; if I were to consume any, I know my limits, I don't drink to excess, and I can walk away and not care that I'm not consuming alcohol. Some people, however, just... can't. The drink consumes them and their life and everything. MMOs are like that to me. I can't play them. The fact that I miss them more than life itself is the first sign I should never go back.

I will not update these mods again. I do not have the time, and it's far too dangerous to dance around a drug that has ruined my life once. Furthermore, I would not be able to check my coding and make sure it is free of flaws (flawed mod code will crash your EQ client). Furthermore, my site hosts have been very kind about the fact that I have been over the disk space limit for quite some time. Since these mods, even zipped, take up a large chunk of the space I am allotted, removing them will probably put me healthily under the limit, thus improving my relations with them : p.

I'm sure it was fun while it lasted. And indeed, making these mods was a great deal of fun. I know many people enjoyed using them and were helped by their presence, and aside from money, that's all I could ask for. (And for the record, I never received any money for any of this. It was just a joke. Probably didn't come off well. My brand of humor is a little...rare.)

I would say, "thanks for the memories," but if I could just forget everything about this damn game and that crazy-ass eqtc community, my life might be a little more peaceful. But thanks to all the people who liked what I did. That meant more to me than anything. *hugs*

SannaSK.com is and has been owned by Sanna the SK since July 2, 2001. Mice off. Blue-and-grey layout created June 2004. All my site designs come out of my own head, and I code by hand. If you use my code for learning purposes, please email me, I'd be honored.
This site looks really good on a PC with MSIE. On a Mac with Netscape, it looks like crap. I'm sorry. Get Mozilla anyway, and email them that they should support the bordercolor command for tables.
